'Not* a Political Game' is a small parody game made in the Ukie Student Game Jam 2025 and was developed under the theme 'Contrast'. NOTE - Our team had no artist, so I doubled as the artist despite my lacking artistic skills.
You play as the presidential candidate in a fictional parallel version of our world, where your task is to win over the crowd to your side whilst balancing your party's finances, morality and approval rating.
The main gameplay loop consists of being provided a question with two different answers, and your goal is to choose whichever option will benefit you the most depending on your current statistics, with the other candidate always choosing the contrasting option, which can be used to your advantage.
My task was to link up all the statistics to the user interface (which includes each party's current approval rating, money and morality) as well as create the user interface for the question choices.
